If you are still looking for a developer, please start a conversation with me. I have created Minecraft clients on a "larger scale" before already. Also, 400 USD is far too much for a private client, unless you are talking about an Injection client.
I can create you a normal internal client for much cheaper and provide references.

Internal requires you to inject into the game.
Injection client = Internal

External clients don't manipulate the game's code in the same way.
While both by definition inject, one injects when the game has already launched.

It doesn't make any difference other than easier self-destruction in terms of detectability.
You don't inject externals, what are you on about?

You have to inject into something to render anything on the scene, either DirectX or OpenGL. It's still an injection client.
Why not just do an overlay instead if you want to render on the screen then? And if you are injecting into the program then you are not external since you have direct memory access to the game.

I don't think it's really worth having your own custom client when you can just get one online which is constantly being updated to combat anticheats
