Willing to pay money if you can fix this Windows 10 Problem

I keep getting an error whenever I run a .exe program on my computer saying, "This app can't run on your pc, the version, to find a version for your pc, please check the software publisher."

Note that I have resat my pc to default, turned off antivirus, did every possible thing on youtube, and it still has that problem.


If anyone can help hmu.

I tried all of it expect call them
I tried calling them but I was on hold for 45 minutes

If you are on hold forever if you get angry they will typically take your call faster

Is your PC up to date, do you have firewall disabled, have you checked your downloads folder, have you tried calling MICROsoft.

i have a low iq so i cant help much but give them a ring
