you need months of experience in coding.

Sure it does. Google can teach you all the skills you need in order to build "csgo cheats", whatever that is.
Also, if the only reason you want to learn C++, one of the most powerful compiled languages out there, is to build cheats for a videogame, then you will surely be under utilizing it.

You have to actually learn C++ first and if you want a cheat that bypass the quickly evolving VACnet systems you're gonna want to learn things like Windows Assembly, how driver-level anticheats work, game offsets, and plenty of other things.

Sure, google and youtube will teach you how to code a csgo cheat, but it won't teach you how to code a cheat without getting banned, why? Because nobody is going to put time and effort into bypassing an Anti-Cheat and then publicly release how they did it because then the company that owns the anti-cheat will patch it.
