Windowed shoutbox

I could not find another suggestion like this.

Make it so the shout box can become a window so I can out it on my other monitor while scrolling through threads. Just a small idea

Just add that http://www.mc-market.org/chat/ into your second monitor . Resize it and make it so you only see the chat.
