Windows 10 Dark Mode?

How do you get a 'Dark Mode' for Windows 10?

I've seen tons of videos and in them they have like a dark version of winRAR. a dark version of filezilla. etc...

I was just curious to how you get these? Is it a certain theme you're supposed to install? If so could you link me them either in the comments or DM me.

You need to update your windows ,than you will be able to put Dark mode which works.

also have a look at this program: https://www.winprivacy.de/english-home/ its also got the possibility to turn on dark mode but also a lot more :]
