Looking to see if this is possible. I know some people are moms basement people and could load a windows 2012 server onto their server for me. I’m looking for specifically certain locations like Chicago or Virginia. Please reply below I will be paying monthly for this.

I'm looking for just a windows 2012 server that I can do some heavy botting on. Will be used for non mc related and just want Virginia location if anyone offers that.

that probably makes a difference of 1-2ms.. any reason you need exactly that town? What do you mean by "heavy botting"?

I have specific proxies at that location and what I need to do is best in that location as the servers are near Virginia.
