Have you tried resetting windows or even just running malwarebytes, I mean theres not a whole lot of information given
is it using a lot of your disk in task manager?
hm, usually that's the problem. Might be something you downloaded? I'm not sure tbh, just throwing that out there.

used to happen to me, it's usually the RAM.
Maybe even transfer your data and run a new install.
Not sure if you can provide more information about past issues or what was going on leading up to the first time the issue occurred?
