windows randomly freezing lol

Windows randomly just freezes like hell and everything stops responding for like 30 seconds to a minute. help me bois

got an i5 7400 and a kingston ssd lel

tried resetting, formatting and re-partitioning drives, running anti-malware programmes. the whole lot.

Lows of 3%, highs of 40%

hm, usually that's the problem. Might be something you downloaded? I'm not sure tbh, just throwing that out there.

Gonna try updating windows and checking my connections to my motherboard, might fix it but I'll be back.

Maybe even transfer your data and run a new install.

Mate I've fresh installed it like 3 times, that's not the issue.
