I'm looking to purchase a VPS preferably running Windows Server 2016 in Europe.

I'm just wanting 1/2vcores and 1/2GB of RAM. For storage, 50GB HDD/SSD. I don't mind which.

I'm willing to spend $5 - $15 per month.
