Winning a paypal chargeback

Basically what the title states, nothing in particular, just in general. What do you need in order to guarantee you the highest chance of you winning the chargeback, Terms of Service, I already know. Anything else?

Just say you’re a parent and your kid took your credit card/used your PayPal without permission. They can’t really fight that one very well.

That method only works if you’re the one initiating the chargeback. As for selling an account and winning, just make a TOS and provide as much evidence as possible to PayPal during the dispute to prove a deal actually occurred.

This usually gets the account suspended LMFAO but its rare im not sure if they still do that lol

It works for me quite well actually. I just don’t do it very often.

From my experience from my server, I provide Paypal with all the information I have proving the person has received/used the item. For example, I'll provide the buycraft info and the logs showing they've used commands.

Not sure if this is what you meant, but it's something.

Be scary, paypal won't fuck with you if you're scary. If the bank is involved, they'll fuck anyone over because they don't want to deal with the bank
