I am one of the ceo's from Winter. We are highly in need of sales reps and freelancers.

About
Winter Team. Is a service team with a very nice community. We pride for the best quality and we try to do everything as detailed as possible. At Winter. We also strive to make our team members motivated. This is why we are also hosting some team based projects and events. And Half of my income goes to charity aswell!

Why us?
Our team will do anything as you want it to be. If you want a change. We got it. If you don't like the product? We will provide you the things you wanted without you paying more.
Spots
-Sales Reps 10% commission rate.
-Freelancer 80% commission rate.
-Helper 0% commission rate (unless done something special or we think you deserve it)
-chat-mod (Same as helper)
-Support team 5% of comissions handled.

80%, 10%, And 5%? Where does the other 5% go if helpers and chat mods are not paid?

He says half of his income (the 10%) goes to charity so the other 5% goes to charity.

Yes. If there was someone handling the ticket there would go 2.50% to charity. If not there would go 5% to charity. If there wasn't a sales rep guiding a client to us there would go 10% to charity.

What makes you different than the tens of other services out there that already have many freelancers, sales reps, managers, etc.?

We actually care about our clients and team members. We want everyone feeling happy. We also get to know team members better than others. By talking alot. Usually the ceo says something. And then you have to do it. I will discuss everything with the team members.
