What position are you applying for? » Of course I want to be the best I can be which is Administrator but I would be fine with Moderator.
Why do you want to become staff on our server? » I think you should pick me for staff for many reasons. I'm very mature, nice, welcoming, as well as patient and, respectful I have many other traits but those are the main ones. I love to help severs and be apart of a server. I like watching servers grow and I fee like this server has potential. I also love to help players and making sure everyone is having a good time and that no one is making someone have a terrible experience.
What can you do to benefit the server? » I can benefit by helping players when they are felling down and help them when they need help, I can also contribute by getting rid of the toxic players / hackers from the server and make sure they are gone so that the server is clean and not toxic. Another thing I could contribute to is I am decent with configing plugins so I could help config and develop if you guys needed help with that, Also I am usually always on so if anyway is asking questions or needs your help I can be there to guide them in the right direction.
Can you SS? How good are you at SSing players? » I can SS yes. I am decent at screensharing I would say, I am not the best but I am not terrible. I can definitely find hacks if a player is using them but it may take me around 10 minutes unless the player is blatantly hacking.
How often can you be on? (Answer for how often you will be on Skype and how often you will be online ingame) »
Ingame - In game I can be on pretty much daily. With winter break I can be on daily and for about 7 hours a day. Once I get back to school around 4-5 hours a day.
Skype - I am usually always on my computer with Skype open so I am on Skype pretty much 24/7.
Do you have a microphone? (Required) » I do own a decent microphone (Blue Snowball).
Why should we choose you? » I think you should pick me for staff for many reasons. I'm very mature, nice, welcoming. as well as patient and, respectful I have many other traits but those are the main ones. I think that those traits are very important for being a Moderator if someone was immature as a Moderator then they would lie a lot and they wouldn't really do there job correctly.
Any previous staff experiences? (Required.) » I have been moderator, admin, manager, and owner on other servers before and I have gained experienced with most things that come with being staff on servers such as dealing with situations, developing, and managing the community. I will leave a list of the servers I have been staff on in the past.
Minepeak - Head-Mod - My job was to look after the Moderators and watch over the server.
MCRealms - Admin & Head-Mod - My job was to look after the server, find bugs, help out the community, and to monitor moderators.
Galactic Network - Head-Admin - My job was to manage the community and to try and figure out ways to make the server better and more enjoyable for players.
Galaxy Network - Owner / Developer - My job was to manage the server and develop the server to make it better for players.
Renox Network - Admin - My job was to be in charge of all staff and to make sure they were doing the right thing and no screw around, I also was in charge of managing the community.
Kryptic Network - Admin - My job was to lead the make sure they were doing the right thing.
Hexxit Network - Moderator - I was not really on this server much but what I did was explain to players what the server was and how to play etc. because it is Hexxit and it is pretty confusing.

Because I think I can be a lot of help for the server, I've been on similar servers and I know how they work, besides I have a professional experience as a host.
Handle situations that may despair other moderators, such as dealing with very desperate people or ... simply crazy.
Be active in all the networks of the server like Web, TS and TW.
Do only things that correspond to my rank.
I can do SS reviews as I have some experience to detect Clients or Ghost Clients.
Be always honest and helpful to the server

Banning hackers (first recorded and SS)
Being able on all plataforms of the server like TS, TW and Web.
Be helpful for all of the players, creating a good community ambient.
Can you SS? How good are you at SSing players? »
I mentioned it above, even so I have experience detecting VAPE, GhostClients or Clients hidden in Mods
How often can you be on? (Answer for how often you will be on Skype and how often you will be online ingame) »
In skype I can be active a very reduced time since I do not have it on my phone, although I am more active in Discord, since that if I have it on my phone. As for the server most of the days I am active ;D
