Withdraw Plugin

The plugin is very simple. I would just like to have it where it would let players withdraw a certain amount of money, as well as XP. I know this is a common request, so if you've found a plugin that already does this, please link the plugin's page!

Note: I would prefer the plugin to be compatible with 1.8.x or higher.

Old thread, but last time I used bank notes, there was a huge duplication and players could gain infinite money. Don't know if it has been updated since, but just a heads up.
