Withdrawing PayPal funds in a country where its not available?

Alright so, What methods are there to withdraw PayPal Funds, where PayPal is not available.

NOT LOOKING TO BUY PRODUCTS
But looking for a way to like withdraw funds.

What I'm looking after is mainly getting the funds on PayPal to be possibly I can transfer over to WU myself or somewhat a way where I can deposit the funds.

Wait, so you want to withdraw from a PayPal where PayPal is not allowed?
How did you get a hold of the PayPal account in the first place if the above is correct.

Let's say you're based in MC Island (PayPal not allowed or available), You make your PayPal in the US/any other country where it is available.[DOUBLEPOST=1560605510][/DOUBLEPOST]The PP I have is pretty old so it doesn't really require me to verify.


And not really much a concern, I only want to know how to "get the funds out".
Pretty sure no one here would even do $6000 worth as it will trigger their bank.

Alright, and now you want to withdraw it to your bank from MC island?
I recommend you make a bank in the US which is compatible with the MC Island, withdraw it to the US bank, then transfer it from there to the MC Island bank. Not sure if I worded that right.

Possibly, MC Island isn't a country (named it after mcm as it was an example)

In order to let's say do the bank part you would need to own proper identity in the country I'm sure?
