I am Jurre, one of the founders of the Wizarding Realm Minecraft server.
The server will be inspired by the magical world of J.K. Rowling. You will be able to discover everything yourself: go to Hogwarts, get sorted, visit places from the stories and way more. There will also be an extremely unique RPG aspect. You can go on survival in a custom world with new items, blocks and monsters! Create epic items, brew potions, fuse new spells, capture monsters, do whatever you want! The server is set one generation after the final Harry Potter story.
Cool! What are you looking for?
We are looking for dedicated team members to complete the team in order to continue the project in a more structured way of working. We really want this project to succeed, because we want to give the players something amazing: it will be one of the more unique servers ever created.
What kind of people do you need?
We need members for the following positions:
- Gameplay Manager: we want a really unique main storyline of quests where the player is free to choose their own path, while still following the storyline of JK Rowling's wizarding world. We need an interesting gameplay plan written out, including the complete gameplay the player experiences: maps, monsters, quests, items, events, dialogs etc. Writing an interesting lore background could also fit in this position.
- Project Manager: we need someone that has experience with organising projects, working with task systems, progression and business plans, and structuring
- Texturing: making high quality model and item textures, mainly working for resourcepack
- Modeling: creating impressive models for the resourcepack, could be in combination with texturing
The quality of the textures and models should be equivalent to work seen on popular servers such as 'Potterworld' and 'Wynncraft'.
This might be something for me! What about earnings?
This should not be your biggest worry; we are looking for dedicated and excited team members, not people who do a few commissions. We have a fair budget to make this project reality, so therefore we could do some fair pricing, based on work done and position. We don't have set prices, but are negotiable.
