Well, kinda amazes me. Not sure if it was the right section xD.

I loaned to the user $15 AUD Piglet who was actually an ban evader BillCSGO.
He scammed me of the loan, kept making excuses.etc and I finally got him banned here which was then discovered he was a ban evader. I dunno how, but I got banned for apparently been a ban evader of @BilCSGO as well weirdly. Probably went to the same school as me. FK u lightspeedsystems.com for redirecting all traffic to the same IP.

So, this worked for me. Best if you only do this or really large sums because you can only do this once.

Basically I said I had been redirected to a phising page using adf.ly which said free paypal money, I then said I had logged in and that I had noticed my computer had downloaded something. I said I believed it was a remote desktop software which could've controlled my computer and made the payment. I believe his account got shut down as well Kappa

When avsterbone gets unbanned, have sometime to review this? xD

Just an FYI when starting disputes on F&F's
Single most thing is always be kind and considerate to the PayPal staff

Yes, the money used to buy my Premium was from this.

and btw BillCSGO, Piglet if you're reading this. #GetRekt

Just like to know if you guys ever started an unauthorized transaction dispute and won against a scammer?

I always win lol. It's not hard if you structure your argument well. I always ask the person to state their paypal email, and whether they are happy with the product, that way if they chargeback I have evidence to dispute their claims.

F&F unauthorized transaction claim?
If so, I'm suprised.

before sending a payment I normally put in as the 'Note' on PayPal, something along the lines of "haven't received this service yet". Something that says the product itself isn't confirmed to be legit, that's a good way of telling the PayPal staff you had no fucking clue if the product you were buying was a scam or not, so that way they won't think you're a low class kid who just wants their money back. I know it isn't 'solid' evidence; However, it does convince PayPal staff a little more :).
