What are the hours and payment like? What kind of projects would developers be working on?

Payment is still yet to be decided, but it would range depending on skill level and experience anywhere between $15-$20 USD/hour. In terms of hours of there will be plenty since there are many plugins that need to be developed. You would be working on various premium plugins for servers. Our company is launching a completely new plugin development service with a concept that has never been done before.
