Woolish - Staff recruitment

Welcome to the staff application of Woolish, an upcoming custom survival server with many unique features. Although we're currently in a development state, we've decided to take early action on gathering staff members.

Essentially, we do not have a 'proper' application format. Instead we value individualism and want to have a thorough conversation with an applicant instead of having them answer the same questions, for now. If this thread has peeked your interest, I won't let you wait any longer and tell you what we can offer you.

Currently, Woolish is in the endgame of its development and will be ready to launch as soon as our trailer is ready. This means that the Minecraft server will not need moderation yet, however the Discord server does. You'll be doing numerous tasks, for example basic moderation but also helping out with ideas or finding bugs. These tasks are what makes Woolish different than most servers, we're giving you the opportunity to show us all of your talents and creativity alongside your moderation tasks. That creativity, along with motivation, can be rewarded into a promotion to an administrator, especially if you decide to apply in the early stages of the server.
