Not at all, you are asking to transfer a FULL html website to wordpress, how much do you expect to pay? lol their prices are pretty reasonable

You could do that now by just copying the html/css and changing the text in the html file

Wordpress isn't the use of that, it's a blog-service, maybe you should get the developer to add something like what you want.
Just save the files to your computer and it's fine. Editing html is literally just doing ctrl + F, searching for the text you want to replace and replacing it.
u could've used php or just copy as he said, using wordpress would just cost u more hire someone for 3-8 usd will do it for you easily.

Meh I want it to be able to work when adding pages, and all around being a Wordpress theme, not a website structure. I want to be able to change everything.
thats not the use of wordpress wordpress = blogs
simply ask someone to organize ur code for u to be able to look into it / change it easily.
why would u bother paying 30+ usd on a wordpress when u could just hire someone to use php and teach u about the area's and how to change them for no more than 10 could be alot less idk

Yes it main purpose is blogs but it has many admins to link to xenforo. So it can become: a shop, a forum etc..
Learn basic html and css then you can do that. It'd take like a week but be more valuable and cheaper than getting someone else to do it.
Can we stop bashing on about how he can learn basic HTML and CSS to achieve what he requires. In this scenario his a client/consumer so treat him like one. If you can't offer what he requires then please just shut up. Goodluck.
