World custom generated

Hello,
I have been wondering about the cost it will take to make a world generated that only consists of glass and ores. similar to the one below. The world is to replace all blocks to a glass stained block similar in color. The only blocks unaffected are ores. Bedrock is replaced with barrier block.
SIZE: 500x500
