World Generating - 20USD

Wondering if anyone could help me out with the following problems, I'm trying to setup my Factions Server for release but need the following adjustments made to certain worlds.

Nether:
Default Vanilla Terrain
Flat Bedrock at Y:1
Reduced lava pools (Max 50 Blocks Depth and go for a max 200 Blocks Wide, in one pool)

End:
Default Vanilla Terrain
Flat Bedrock at Y:1
End-stone max height at Y:35

If anyone knows how to do this, or can like do this for me I'm willing to pay up to 20USD.

PS: We already have access to both EWG and ENG, just personally don't know how to configure it to my required settings, and personally don't have the time to, so if anyone can send me the required configs, or a full explanatory explanation on how to, I'm willing to send the money within minutes of confirming it.

Are you looking for the default vaniilla end terrain. (One small island, then void for the rest of the map). or a full flatish map, with flat bedrock and a Y level of 35 or lower?

I might be able to do the end map for you.

Like complete default terrain with the Obsidian Towers for the Dragon, just with the Endstone, no higher than Y:35 to help with trenching, then a Bedrock bottom at Y:1
