World reset plugin

i need a plugin to reset the end every 3 hours and the nether every week
it has to notify the players at 1 hr 30 min and 5 4 3 2 1 min and 30 seconds, as well as when it resets. i also need it to kick the players in the world before the reset and the server has to stay online while it resets without a reload or restart to access the worlds.

This is so easy. You just make the plugin delete the world and restart the server.
You shouldn't pay too much for this.

I said it cant restart the server. It has to stay online and let players play while the world is resetting.

If you have multiverse i can make a plugin that will alert everyone and yhen delete the old world. And make a new one using multiverse
