World Terraform & Spawn

Hello! I am Luceris, or Luce for short, and I am currently trying to create a server mainly for me and my friends.
I am looking to have a world built with specific details like mountains, hilly areas, and caves.
The world would be around 4k by 2k and have different blocks for the terrain in different areas.

We want the spawn to be about 75x75 and it would be a floating ship of sorts (lots of creative freedom here). It would just need to be able to have room for a few NPCs, some Holograms for Info, and a few other small things.

This would be paid, but as it is a server just meant for me and friends I am not looking for super professional work...meaning I am on a budget!
