I want to create a server that reflects a government I have already started building the world for the server which is 15K by 10K (I'm expecting a large player base) I don't have money (though I can give you admin rank and make you king of a designated land or king of the entire land if you want!) If you really want me to pay I will have to set up an account and send you money around next summer.
