Worldguard issue. [paying for a fix]

Hello.

So I have my own server with donator ranks etc. but its only SOME ranks that can go into the donator room which is it same with some cells i have. Only some of the cells work which means that only some people can open the chests in the cells.

I have 74 cells setup with this:http://prntscr.com/8prkgd
There is also another region but the cells have got a higher priority.

Donator room also have a different region over it which is spawn13: http://prntscr.com/8prl1j
Donator region and spawn13 do not have any priorities .
All the regions are in the same world and are pretty far from eachother.

This might be want you're looking for. Additionally, you might want to set the priority for the cells with '/region setpriority cells 5' the the spawn region's priority anything lower than 5.
