WorldGuard Setup help for my spawn

Hey I am requesting help ASAP for setting up my worldguard in my spawn. The issue is that the spawn is not a square. It has its edges, and small places on the edges that you can pvp in still. I need this fixed and I tried to do this myself and nothing.

I need someone to come online and do this for me. I am willing to pay $ for your time. Please let me know. Thank you.
