I have been searching for a worldguard title manager plugin but have had no luck. Any that i have found are long out of date. I'm not sure if links to spigot plugins are allowed here but it's easy to search what i mean.
I'm looking for a message to show up on screen when players enter a world guard. I don't want anything else that title manager offers such as action bars, tab list and so on. The broadcast title would be handy though.
I need the plugin fairly quickly as i have a server event coming up soon. I should think the plugin is not that hard to make if you know what you're doing. My server is on spigot/paper 1.12.2.
