Worldpainted easy but large map.

I'm seeking a worldpainted map for my Pixelmon server. That said I need it to be around 10,000 x 10,000 blocks. But here's the easy part. I don't want terrain like huge mountains and such. I need it to all be easy to traverse over and search. My main need comes from different biomes everywhere, that's my main focus is variety of biomes with a rolling hills sort of terrain. Practically the default when you start up world paint.
