Hello MCM,

This is for those who are good with WORLDPAINTER only, if you are a builder who's interested read the last few sentences.

I'm Lexxonist and I'm working towards a Star Wars themed RPG server, though there is a chance this won't be successful, as it all depends on an application that I had submitted to use copyrighted material and I will tell you the end result of this if you do decide to join my team. If the application is not accepted, we will still be working towards a RPG server but of a different theme. Anyways, I'm looking for those who are very good with worldpainter and are dedicated towards the success of the server, are active (doesn't have to be continuously working but checking discord often is appreciated), and are cheap. They will be credited for their work and I won't be taking credit for it. I will be wanting a portfolio consisting of at least one build (image or on something like sketchfab). Details will be given to you on discord. If you do want to be a builder for this project, you will be doing it for your goodwill, it won't be paid as of now, maybe in the future but I do not guarantee this.

Something I find weird about this is that you have '[PAID]' in the title of the thread, yet further in the post, you start them off as purely goodwill and they only have a possibility of being paid in the future despite how hard these types of builds are.

Why are there always people that think it's a good idea to go on THIS goddamn site and ask for free stuff?
This is the ONE site in the community that is fully commercial (sure there's a few others that are mostly so, but 95% of them are pale imitations). If you want people to work for you for free, try PMC or the Minecraft forums or one of the other sites dedicated to free content.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to make a free project, but if you're gonna be turning a profit on that project, you better as hell be prepared to pay for it.
Just because there's kids in the MC community willing to work for free does not give you the right to expect it. Someone skilled working for you for free is a major blessing, not something you can just expect from everyone.
People come here to make money. People that come to THIS site for free stuff are seen as beggars, no matter how noble or passionate their ideas are.
