Would like to rent MCSL slot.

Hello MCM!
I would like to rent a MCSL slot from someone by the hour if anyone has one available.
I do not have the funds at the moment, but can get them fairly easily.
Please let me know if you have one for rent, and leave a price per hour!

I believe the document states renting for MCSL is not allowed.
