Would Mcmarket ban me for scam?

So I'm a working configurator and I have a job with someone.He has paid me fully but theres something very wrong with his server going with:

Him Leaking java plugins:He states that an old owner bought them and left does that still mean hes leaking paid plugins?

My question is do I continue working for him or not because leaking plugins is very disrespectful to developers and would this get me banned If I stopped working for him?

There was probably not even an old owner him just using an execuse for leaked plugins
He also can't update the plugins. your opinions please and could this get me banned?

I can't preform him a refund due to already making half of what he wants.

Also, If you want to "stop" working for him, you'll have to provide a refund, or get an agreement. You cannot just choose to stop when a service has been paid for.

If you really want to stop, take back your work, provide a full refund. If not, as sad as it is, since you've agreed to the deal you're sort of obligated to complete it. Especially if you received payment.

Yeah unfortunately you have to either complete the order or refund him. Don't fight fire with fire

Just do the service as you agreed to, you have nothing to do with the leaked plugins and the developers will take care of that when the time comes
