How the hell will that work? "Okay so place a block here, then place another one here, and then a beautiful window!" that will take years lol.

No, you just tell them some advice and maybe show them how you would build it. They can then replicate it, then continue giving advice. Furthermore, they can create their own build and you can critique their buildings on how they can do it better, etc.

I would be teaching them all kinds of building like organics , exterior etc. Giving tips on how to do it properly and efficiently.

Teaching one how to build would take a very long time, more than it's worth. Just showing them won't have them learn, and they'd probably use the same design 20 times. The person needs to be very creative, I guess some videos on how designs work could help, but they have to branch out on their own and learn by themselves or it's not very effective.
