Would Selling Pre-made templates in the Resources Section be profitable?

Hi all. Which one of these would be best to make tons of pre-made ones and to sell on the Resources section to gain the most profit?

Uh, im pretty sure we can, its been done. Posting pre made websites is not allowed in the web development section but it is ALLOWED in the resources section

Doggo777 this is allowed and Cyclops1, I wouldn't advise to do as barely anyone on the market buys anything from the web development section, at least in my own experience. Some profitable resources are Buycraft/Tebex themes and splash pages if you'd like to make those. Other than that, I wouldn't bother. Instead, find another market for non-MC clientele.
