Would this be decent?

Hey! So I plan on upgrading my cpu and purchasing a new monitor(21.5 inch).

I plan on getting the processor / cpu: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2 GHz (Quad Core)
Would I need to upgrade my graphics card (or anything else)?
If not, would this get me decent frame rates in games like CS:GO? Preferably on high settings?

If you need anything else lemme know. I'm just looking to upgrade my PC a bit so I can get decent frames in games like CSGO, Overwatch, etc. Thanks!
And yes, I don't have a lot of knowledge on computers, so let's not make fun of me. Haha.

Well, I'm not very good at picking out things like this. So I'm open to any suggestions. Currently looking at some 24 inch ones.

I would go with a 27in, minimum. I personally have a 29", but I just like ultrawides. Do you have a budget?

Do you know what motherboard you currently have?
Also I would suggest upgrading that graphics card, I've had the 610 in the past and it's pretty bad in my experience. If you upgraded to that i5 and have extra, I'd suggest getting a GTX 960, should do fine with that processor.
