Well, for something where you would want people to invest to get their scammed money back is shady because I doubt this is a private service or a legal one. Plus if you are not able to get the money back then people are going to want a return on their investment.

It also depends on what kind of person reads your dispute. I got a cocky woman who kept calling me 'not smart at all' for buying a virtual good via f&f.
