I am thinking about purchasing hosting from this company: https://www.xhostfire.com Does anyone know how the quality is, how the support is, ext? If you have any past experiences with this company please let me know!

Well for one thing I can say that I will be personally willing to help you if you ever need any support when you purchase a Minecraft hosting package from xHostFire.

Some of the many positive things I could think of:
- We reply to any and all support tickets ASAP
- Since we are closer to our customers we are willing to help them in any way necessary. We can do anything from helping you secure a dedicated IP, to installing your favorite mod pack and having it run smoothly!
- We host all of our servers behind DDOS protected networks. Meaning that you are fully protected from anyone that wishes to disable your server's network!

If you have any more questions or concerns I would be more then happy to answer them!

I think he was looking for a review from someone who doesn't work at XHostFire - You're not exactly going to go and say "Yeah, It's shit, don't go there mate", would you?

Hes not posting a review. He's telling you how we run our business and what you can expect from our services. He was a client before he became an administrator. We will leave the rest to our clients to post their feedback.

If you look on my thread and see how many vouches I have in one month compared to the others who have been here way before me you should have a clue. I don't know these people who vouched on my thread. They are real users who shared their thoughts and experiences about our services provided.

I'd recommend them, their team is extremely kind and I've used the same hardware they have before. Provided they aren't overselling, they'd be a smart choice.

Thank you Kiwi we strive on customer satisfaction and their satisfaction is our guarantee. To keep the quality of our services we will never oversell like most companies do. Once we start to reach quota a new server will be deployed. We appreciate the kind words and constructive criticism. Next server deployed will have Multicraft installed for those who don't want to learn a new control panel.

The only downside of XHostFire is that they do not have Ftp file access. This means you can't use the filezilla client to transfer files. Besides that, great host, used them before.

We are actually adding that feature right now... As of tonight we are officially switching over to Multicraft!
