Wrestling Plugin Concept

Hello Everyone! My name is Matty and I have no clue about anything that has to do with plugins. I am currently a Head Admin on a Minecraft Wrestling Server and we have been looking for plugins to make out Wrestling More Realistic. We have come to use Stacker and Sleep plugin but I am asking if it is possible to make these into plugins as a feature. This are the ideas and I would appreciate a response ASAP! Tysm!

It would be hard to make wrestling in minecraft but with enough use of armour stands and particles as well as vectors this would be sweet.

(Armour stands would be for setting the passenger for making animations or "special moves")
