Let's get right into business.
I started a new Minecraft server, after 4 years of successfully hosting multiple, and selling them at the end.
Right now I want to make a new one, for my Instagram community (120k Followers)
I did a poll yesterday, and we have the possibility to get over 3000 players.
This is regarding a Factions server, with expanding opportunity's in the near future.

What do I need:

Builders/Terraformers:

You will be Mainly Focusing on Creating us a Spawn, Warzone, and anything we will need in the near future.

Administrators:
You will help us monitor the server, find dupers, abusers, and manage the server as well as the discord.


Developers:
Your focus will be the back end of the server. This will include, but not limited to: Plugin management, Server Error Fixing, Plugin configuration.

Social Media Expert:
You will be in charge of the Instagram page on our server. Your job description is to promote our server on Social media, and show off the best of us!

None of these positions are paid as of now. Ofcourse, in the future we are going to offer payments according to the effort put towards the server. Contract will be introduced once we start with the payouts.
