I'm not saying it is. I'm saying that I got a douchebag response to a review thread I started and someone claiming to be with WulfHosting threatened my server and assuming he tried to get my Skype, myself.

Ive seen a trend with Wulf Hosting's reactions to negative comments/reviews. So if they still do that. Its most likely them. ░▒▓╣k̷ j̷ h̷ 1̷ 6̷ ╠▓▒░ You should have gotten a refund while you could.

I haven't even used their products, my OP simply said they seemed very unprofessional xD

I complimented them and got an insult back and the rating of "funny", I guess someone can't take a compliment. Personally, I don't believe a host nor a representative of a host should even be targeting what a customer says. If a customer makes a direct insult at a person, there is no reason to either "turn the tables" back on the person, or look into the person's profile and make some remarks based on their activity. I've said this multiple times, business is strictly that - business, and it must stay professional. When you do anything but answer only the company related concerns in the comment (e.g. say there is a bunch of crap in the comment, insults towards you, your personal projects and something saying the servers by the host are laggy, only responding to the servers hosted by the host are laggy part is what a good rep would do, don't let the rest get to you and ignore it completely). If you can't keep a cool head, it's not professional.

Again, as a representative of a host myself I cannot say anything for or against another host, though I would recommend just understanding who you're working with lol. A real business will want profits, and a childish business will want 'power' and have no respect for a client policy or the whole point of a business.
