Hey!
I’m currently working with a high-volume Minecraft server client (name withheld for confidentiality), and I’m looking for a co-editor to help split the workload. Our current pricing structure is $5 per video, meaning the editing style is simple and fast-paced. We’ve already secured a $X,XXX contract, and I can provide proof of funds and proof of LLC status upon request.
What I’m looking for:
• A reliable editor who can handle Minecraft server content
• Consistency and fast turnaround (training provided if you have a capable PC)
• Must be 16+ or legal working age in your region
• Must meet basic tax compliance requirements
Important Note on Payments & Tax Law:
Under IRS regulations for independent contractors, specifically 26 U.S. Code § 6041(a) and IRS Form 1099-NEC filing requirements, a business is only required to issue a 1099-NEC if it pays a contractor more than $600 in a calendar year.
This means:
• I can legally pay you up to $600 per year with no tax paperwork required from you.
• Payments under this threshold do not require me to collect a W-9, and no 1099-NEC is issued.
• Once you cross $600, IRS rules mandate that I collect a W-9 and report payments — but staying under $600 keeps everything simple and compliant.
You can verify this directly on the IRS website under:
• “Instructions for Form 1099-NEC (Nonemployee Compensation)”
• IRS Publication 1281
• 26 CFR § 1.6041-1 — Return of information as to payments of $600 or more”
I operate under a registered LLC and can provide screenshots of the certificate, payment records, and proof of the locked-in deal.
Otherwise, If you have an LLC yourself or a Stripe/Paypal I can just get you paid on there directly via client.
Please DM ME ONSITE.
If you’re interested in steady, high-volume editing work in the Minecraft niche, feel free to reach out.
