These are some quality prisonmines. The exclusive price is definitely worth it, no matter what the poor fools here on MCM might say.

The non-exclusive price is a bit much though. It depends on how often you sell it, but if you end up going for non-exclusive I recommend drastically lowering the price and making the amount of purchases unlimited. The first KoTH I made available non-exclusively was maybe worth $40 exclusively. Selling it non-exclusively for $5, then $3, and after 3 years $1.50 has made me about $100 total. Yes, it took 3 years to make $100 with it but that's because I didn't exactly advertise it a lot at first, and it wasn't the most amazing Koth ever.

This is just a suggestion, btw. It's your build and your choice. If you can sell it exclusively for this price, do so. But don't let anyone negotiate you under $80, if they want to pay less than that it's worthwhile to sell them non-exclusively for $5-10. You'd probably end up with $100+ in a year that way.
