Hello Everyone.

My name is Averved, however I go by Clixo at times.

I am here to discuss my experience with moderating, administrating, and even owning servers!

I am a very nice person with the best qualities for any type of servers, from PotPvP, HCF, UHC, Mini-Games, Survival Games, Factions, and Prison.

I will be discussing my experiences now.

The first server I want to discuss is the Badlion Network. This server gets a mind blowing average of 5,000 players a day with a high count of 6,000! For this server I was a UHC-Host / Moderator. I was a UHC-Host for Badlion for almost 2 months. This took up a lot of my time, but I was very dedicated and got on Badlion everyday to offer my help to their servers. No, I was not paid but I still put out all of my effort into the server and enjoyed it a lot. I was actually called by most, "Their favorite UHC-Host." This made me want to host more and more games. Sadly after awhile of being a UHC-Host it got overwhelming and I ended up resigning.

The next server I want to discuss is the MCGamer Network. You all probably know what this server is, but I will explain it anyway. This server is known for their Survival Games aspect of it, since they came up with the idea in the first place. I was a moderator on this server for a whopping 5 months. The reasoning behind me resigning from this server was the fact that their staff team was very immature and ignorant at times.

The final server I want to discuss is Velocity-MC. This is a network that consists of many games, from Factions to Skywars. I was a Helper for Velocity only for about a month. I resigned from this server also because of the immaturity of the staff team.

These are only a couple of servers that I have been apart of, however there are many more. There have been HCF servers that are very well put together. If you need more information pm me or reply to this thread, Thanks!

If you get overwhelmed that quickly, I don't see how you could be payed to "manage" anything, and seeing an immature team I think would want to make you help work on it as a whole, not just abandon it.

Then again that's just my opinion, no beef intended. Good luck.

As stated before, being a helper/moderator has little to no relation to being a network manager. It takes a lot of effort and dedication to become a successful manager. You cannot call yourself an experienced network manager if you've only ever been a helper/moderator. Anyways, you've got a bunch of experience as a staff member. Good luck to you, sir.

TLDR; I basically said what the other peeps said. Good luck finding an employment opportunity.

already found one haha[DOUBLEPOST=1452631502,1452629072][/DOUBLEPOST]
You've never been staff on velo… proof please? :)
Also, i think you could conclude more in depth of why you are professional? just because you've been staff on big servers doesn't mean you're a professional manager..
I have. Also, it kind of does. It shows I have the skills and experience so please get off my thread kiddo.
