I'm having issues with connecting Luckperms to Database.

1º Your server is a VPS or Minecraft Hosting?
2º MySQL is from VPS or Minecraft Hosting, or other hosting?
3º Did you issued right IP/Username/Password?
4º Your hosting has ports free-to-use, or all of these is blocked excluding the minecraft port?
