Xenarch Factions - Positions open to everyone

Good evening MCM,

I am the owner of Xenarch Factions, (Yep, another one). I'm looking for staff positions to get the server on its feet. Before I give details on staff, I think it's best for me to explain who we are.

So What's Xenarch Factions? (Sounds Generic)

Xenarch Faction is a server that runs on a dedicated server. We are running on Intel Xeon's and around 32GB of RAM. But enough with the technical part, let's dive into what we do.

Xenarch Faction offers community-style factions. Meaning, we host community events weekly and focus on our player's needs/wants. Staff positions really help us with managing such events and community.

So, I am hoping that somewhere on these forums, a kind individual could step up and take these roles. I can offer paid positions depending on your experience. (You must be really professional if you're thirsty for money)

I am hoping to add KOTH in the future. But we will host week events to keep our community strong. I will offer 1v1 Tournaments, FFA competitions, and plenty creative other events.
