I copied the color directory from the CSS... they probably have more CSS on the names so it looks different here than an your site.

What is the CSS of the light blue name color not the premium one

Are you referring to the cyan username? If so, it's #12E0CC

Or are you referring to the one with the gradient?

To the one with the gradient the light blue name color cost $23
