Xenforo Design Similar to Hypixel

Hi I'm looking for a Xenforo design that similarly replicates Hypixels in terms of the design. For example, the border they have around their page and their menu. Looking for someone to edit that into our current theme. Thanks. Of course, this would be a paid job.

I believe they are using images for that fancy border effect because it doesn't look like straight-up CSS, so you will need an illustrator to draw those borders and then a detail-oriented web developer to implement it just right so it looks good on all screen sizes.

I do agree, the site is mostly filled with art thats why it has that look try removing the art and look how ugly it is.
