XenForo Extremely Buggy

Hello! I need help with my XenForo site. My site is: www.dementiapvp.us, it is extremely buggy, Members icons are buggy and when you create a thread there are no thread tools. I also need logos installed on the thread and permissions and such set up. I also need navigation bars set up. Price is negotiable, here are the screenshots

How did you install the theme? xD You have to upload the contents of the "upload" folder that you received in the download into the main directory of the website.

I would recommend using a Xenforo Upgrade is possible.
