Well, it sounds like your offering to do a theme for free.
To date, I have never seen a GOOD NON-TEMPLATE Xenforo theme, and even then the decent template ones are a lot closer to meh than good.
A better system?
I would disagree. Nameless is much more difficult to customize. I've messed with it before and I found roles to be almost impossible, I've found some customization but its rather difficult. Does it have potential to be better than Xenforo? Maybe. Is it now? No, not in my opinion. Xenforo has a way larger developer community, it has roles with lots of permission options, and its way easier to style.

$5 is way under-priced if you aren't giving something unique and ACTUALLY good looking. The developers on here that ACTUALLY provide a unique theme don't under-price their designs. $5 made me laugh because it's not a good price. Sure it's cheaper than what someone else might offer but cheaper doesn't mean better. If I were to make a server, and if I didn't know web design, I wouldn't trust a person offering a $5 theme cause it instantly makes me assume that it's going to be a shitty, overused theme. Server owners who want to go far and succeed want a unique look that's incomparable to other sites.
And if you are offering a unique design, that doesn't work off any base theme like UI.X or others, up the price... You're practically doing it for free as Paper Cars said.
