XenForo help fix (Not paid)

I'm looking for someone that its fairly experience with XenForo and it's able to help us fixing a bug with Xenforo that it's not letting anyone change their profile picture and shows the following image

This is not paid, this is voluntary. I might tip tho but dont even think it will be a lot... im mostly looking for someone who wants to do it for free, just wanting to help

I had this a long time ago, Think its something to do with the way that Xenforo processes images. (I think, This fixed it for me),
btw you need ImageMagick installed.

Pretty sure you change it in admin control panel -> options -> attachments (Not 100% sure, Haven't used xenforo in a bit)

I believe ImageMagick is for gif avatars, I don't think it'll be fix it

yes indeed it is for gif avatars but not sure about if it is going to fix it or not. Imagick*

Make sure "data" and "internal_data" folders has permissions set to 777

they are set as 7 7 7 by default.
