Why are you using a leaked Xenforo? Nobody is goin to help you. The fact that you’re asking for help here rather on the official site shows that you’re clearly using a cracked xenforo.

Lmfao, i don't have a leaked XenForo, everyone at XenForo forums is useless and i prefer to use MCM, its better in my opinion (nicer people)

Ok, I guess that fair, if you’re getting an error on setup, it looks like the web hosting you’re using does not support xenforo

Oh, i am using cpanel, i wanted a quick test forum so i made it with x10 (Free CPanel)

Rerun the install... Usually that only happens when you are using a leaked xenforo software. Since you claim to not be try re installing. Delete everything from the databases and all the xenforo files and reupload everything.

I thought Xenforo did not work on free web hosts?

I mean its working lol, i am just pissed off because i used to use Xen v1.50 now i use v2 and all my v1 themes dont work lol
