XENFORO HELP!

Hi there i recently purchased xenforo and put it on my vps its running good but when Someone signs up and verifies there account it shows a error it says "Your account cannot be veryfied"

I'm thinking that it's a invalid user ID? Else, the only common error I know of is clicking the link twice, are they a valid member in your users section? What's the user's status? Try registering again and see if found the problem continues, the error message shows that installation went correctly.
